We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with 4 years of experience to manage and grow our online presence. You will create content, run campaigns, and engage with our audience across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, video, graphics) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and optimize budgets to maximize results.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and best practices to improve content reach and engagement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an active online community.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms and analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing trends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Graphic design, photography, or video editing skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
