We are seeking a creative and strategic
Social Media Strategist cum Manager
to handle
all our social media platforms
and strengthen our digital brand presence.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage all official social media handles —
    LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube
    , and others.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
  • Create, post, and manage engaging content including graphics, reels, videos, and stories.
  • Run paid social media campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to audience comments, DMs, and engagement across platforms.
  • Track analytics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and tools to enhance strategy.
  • Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams for cohesive brand communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in
    social media management and strategy
    .
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content trends.
  • Experience with
    Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
    .
  • Creative mindset with hands-on experience in
    Canva, Adobe Suite
    , or similar design tools.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple platforms independently and meet deadlines.
