Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media & E-commerce Executive to manage our online customer interactions and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer enquiries from social media and online stores, manage product listings, coordinate orders, and ensure a smooth online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer messages and enquiries on social media and e-commerce platforms promptly and professionally
  • Manage online product listings — add new products, update prices, and maintain stock details
  • Process and track online orders, returns, and replacements
  • Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order processing
  • Share enquiry and order reports regularly with management
  • Handle basic content posting or product updates on social media pages
  • Monitor online reviews, feedback, and respond appropriately
  • Maintain a positive and helpful brand image across all digital channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or social media management
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, etc.)
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
