e-commerce trainer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate E-Commerce Mentor to guide and train students in E-Commerce business operations, digital store management, and online sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge in platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart, and the ability to conduct both offline and online training sessions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct offline and online classes on E-Commerce business development and operations.
• Deliver in-depth sessions on topics such as:
• E-Commerce fundamentals and business models (B2C, B2B, D2C)
• Online store setup (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Product listing, pricing, and inventory management
• E-Commerce SEO & digital marketing integration
• Order fulfillment, logistics, and return management
• Customer engagement and retention strategies
• Performance tracking using analytics and dashboards
• Record and upload class sessions to the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Prepare training materials, live project work, and case studies.
• Guide students on developing and managing their own E-Commerce projects.
• Stay updated on the latest E-Commerce tools, marketplace policies, and trends.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and student outcomes.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and live Q&A sessions for enhanced learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce operations, digital store management, or online business strategy.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
• Product listing optimization and online promotions
• Social Media Marketing & Paid Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Basic Graphic Design (Canva / Photoshop) and Content Management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to manage both offline and online sessions, with professional class recordings.
• Certifications in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
