We are looking for a skilled and proactive E-Commerce Executive to handle our online sales operations across leading marketplaces and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing product listings, processing orders, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and WooCommerce.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for product promotions and campaigns on social media and e-commerce channels.
  • Process and track online orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Communicate with customers professionally via email or chat to resolve queries.
  • Work with logistics partners to monitor shipments and handle delivery-related issues.
  • Prepare regular sales, stock, and performance reports.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and trends to support marketing and sales strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of online campaigns and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online business management.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and WooCommerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
