Job Title: Brand Strategist (Full-Time)

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Work Hours: 8 hours/day (On-ground presence required)

Type: Full-Time, In-House Role

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Brand Strategist who can bring ideas to life — from strategy to content creation. You'll manage the digital presence of three creative brands under one roof — two fashion boutiques and a pastry store.

This is not just a planning role — you'll be the face behind the brands' social media, handling everything from conceptualizing campaigns to shooting, editing, and designing engaging content that reflects each brand's unique identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand and social media strategies for all three brands.
  • Create, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.) and visual content.
  • Design social media posts, promotional creatives, and event content using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Plan and manage social media calendars, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Drive brand collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and event promotions.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and boost engagement.
  • Maintain each brand's distinct tone, look, and storytelling style.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and design aesthetics.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or brand marketing.
  • Strong video editing skills (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or Reels).
  • Ability to shoot and edit content independently — both photo and video.
  • Good sense of branding, aesthetics, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in fashion, food, or lifestyle content is a plus.
