Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Content Strategist to lead content planning and

execution across all digital platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring that all content

reflects our brand voice, engages the target audience, and supports overall marketing and

business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, digital content

experience, and a deep understanding of audience behavior and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:- Build and manage a comprehensive content strategy

aligned with both short-term campaigns and long-term business goals.

Content Creation & Production:- Plan, create, and oversee high-quality content including

blogs, social media posts, newsletters, website content, and videos. Ensure content

consistency across channels while maintaining brand tone and messaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with marketing, design, and project teams

to support campaigns and ensure unified brand communication.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:- Track content performance through analytics

and audience engagement metrics. Optimize strategy and content output based on insights

and performance results.

Market & Competitor Insights:- Conduct trend analysis and competitor research to identify

new content opportunities and enhance content effectiveness.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field

● 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or copywriting

● Excellent writing & editing skills with attention to detail

● Experience with CMS and social media management tools

● Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics,

SEMrush, etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
