Job Description

 Assist Information Management Lead to ensure compliance with the Document Management sections of Project Plans, Contract Coordination Procedures, and Purchase Orders. DocuSign Envelope ID: 5AF4CD6C-2B1B-4B61-B155-E7E529FC2CA6 Subagreement A Page 62 of 67 o Perform external audits of Contractors and Sub-Contractor teams, ensuring resolution of issued raised. o Prepare performance measurements, reporting, assessment of Contractor's Document Management program.  Ensure project documents are timely controlled, accessible and current at all project locations.  Advise Project Team on matters relating to Document Management including document requirements, Project Team generated documentation, Contractor deliverables issues and reporting requirements.  Responsible for the maintenance and compliance of all scope required deliverables (e.g., Information Management Plan, scope-specific contractual language, project management documents, required specifications and supportive procedures and processes). o Maintain Master Document Register (MDR) and Document Distribution Matrix (DDM) requirements, ensuring implementation. o Project forms, documents templates, registers, training, and applicable tools including but not limited to document and data management systems.  Provide direction and monitor performance of the Document Controllers. Perform this role either prior to mobilization or where positions are not planned.  Execute progressive handover of the project documents to the operating/manufacturing organization.  Prepare and issue periodic reports describing status and issues for overall document delivery on the project.  Actively participate in project meetings and anticipate Document Management needs.
