Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati

Computer Knowledge: Basic computer operation, MS Office, typing, translation, analysis

Skills: Persuasive ability, target orientation, interpersonal skill, good listening, achievement orientation

Job Description

  1. Prepare the monthly route plan for the Nidaan Van and ensure its effective operation
  2. Ensure 100% team member deployment in the respective project, in coordination with the HR team
  3. Facilitate the smooth implementation of the Nidaan Van initiative across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and other required locations
  4. Conduct regular meetings and maintain effective liaison with Government officials
  5. Verify and validate data in the organizations software and share the required information with the M&E team
  6. Ensure timely submission of reports and optimal (100%) utilization of the assigned project budget
  7. Provide regular orientation and training support to field staff on protocols, recordkeeping, and community engagement
  8. Documentation of success stories, challenges, and best practices
