Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role located in Vadodara at Servilink Engineers Pvt Ltd. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating projects, creating project plans, monitoring progress, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on project progress.
  • Document Preparation
  • Monitor workflows, create reports, and deliver internal and external communications.
  • Coordinating daily activities for electrical panel projects, from planning to production and shipping.
  • Keeping a close eye on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and keeping everyone on the same page.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, and fielding questions.
  • Supporting team meetings, capturing notes, and following up on action items.
