Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and pitches
Manage and maintain CRM database and pipeline reporting
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in business development/sales in IT industry
Strong understanding of IT trends and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong work ethic
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
