Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and pitches

  • Manage and maintain CRM database and pipeline reporting

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development/sales in IT industry

  • Strong understanding of IT trends and market dynamics

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
