Requirements
What You'll Do
- Design and execute search strategies to recruit mid to senior-level and niche technical talent.
- Lead initiatives that enhance the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Streamline recruitment processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, ensuring goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Ensure timely completion of activities within SLA and turnaround commitments.
- Partner with leadership to resolve challenges and drive continuous improvements
What Experience You'll Need
Possess 2 10 years of experience in tech/IT recruitment for mid-level to senior-level roles (onshore and offshore experience preferred).
Manage the entire hiring process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Leverage strong Boolean/X-Ray search strategies to identify and engage both active and passive talent.
Utilize ATS platforms to maintain accurate pipelines, track candidates, and streamline the recruitment process.
Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards (Dice, Naukri, etc.), and user groups.
Demonstrate genuine comprehension of technical concepts, enabling accurate candidate assessment beyond simple resume keyword matching.
Maintain strong knowledge of competitors, target companies, and industry talent pools.
Apply an analytical mindset to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while consistently meeting hiring goals.
Collaborate proactively as a team player, bringing innovative thinking to recruitment practices.
Exhibit EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills paired with superior organizational abilities
