Job Description:

· · Design and drafting of Parts and assemblies using latest SolidWorks software.

· Solve design related issues in co-ordination from other departments

· · Co-ordinate with Vendor & Production Team in drawing related issues

· On time issuing of the drawing & design to the concern Department.

· Ability to travel when required.

· Willing to learn and grow

· Experience in SPM (Special purpose machines).

· Experienced in identifying and selecting appropriate standard machine components like gearboxes, motors, bearings, LM guide rails, ball screws, and servos.

· Requires expertise in fabrication and welding methods.

§ Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development:

2. Brainstorm and develop initial design concepts based on project requirements or client needs.

3. Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed schematics and prototypes.

4. Design and Analysis

5. Create detailed drawings and specifications for components or systems.

6. Perform simulations and analyses to test the feasibility, strength, and performance of designs.

7. Optimize designs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.

8. Prototyping and Testing:

9. Develop prototypes or models to test design concept

10. Conduct experiments and tests to validate design performance and functionality.

11. Analyses test results and make necessary design modifications.

12. Collaboration and Communication:

13. Work closely with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements.

14. Communicate design ideas and modifications to team members and clients.

15. Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure designs can be produced as intended.

16. Documentation:

17. Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, technical reports, and user manuals.

18. Maintain records of design iterations and changes.

19. Project Management:

20. Manage design projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.

21. Ensure that designs are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

22. Regulatory Compliance:

23. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.

Pay: ₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
