Rushabh Parekh Design Studio is looking to hire a DRAUGHTSMAN INTERIOR knowledgeable in HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL LUXURY AND HOSPITALITY PROJECTS, INCLUDING VILLAS.

  • EXPERIENCE MINIMUM OF 5-8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - MANDATORY
  • LOCATION – MUMBAI, LOWER PAREL
  • THE CANDIDATES SHOULD BE BASED OUT OF MUMBAI ONLY
  • SALARY – 40K – 80K (NEGOTIABLE)
  • IMMEDIATE JOINER WOULD BE THE FIRST PREFERENCE

· Drafting and Detailing

Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed joinery or furniture drawings. Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant standards, codes, and regulations. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to integrate their inputs into the plans.

· Quality Control

Review and ensure the accuracy of technical drawings before submission or implementation. Conduct site visits to verify measurements and oversee the execution of the design as per the plans.

· Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1) A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2) Proficient in Luxurious residential projects, working in all the sections and detailing mandatory.
  • 3) Proficient in working with AutoCAD
  • 4) AutoCAD 2D.
  • 5) Photoshop
