Urgent Opening for Electrical Design Engineer

Requirement – 1

Experience –4+years

Qualifications: - DIPLOMA /B. E (Electrical)

Scope Of Work:

§ Segregate load to maintain power supply

§ continuity in power supply.

§ Sizing and design of Substation GA, Cable tray sizing.

§ Maintain all services to address the requirement of substation.

§ Design of cable tray sizing and cable selection.

§ Design Review Engineer ( Electrical Design Lead )

§ prepare & Reviewing electrical Load List.

§ system stability.

§ Review of Cable and switch gear size selection in line with the capacity. Review of GA layout and section for feasibility of execution of design and coordination work.

§ Preparation of electrical document schedule. Allocating electrical team member for designing work.

§ Personally attain critical design and approving electrical design from colleagues.

§ Maintaining electrical design deliverable in line with the schedule and at same time coordinating with other service to achieve zero rework.

§ Lighting Risk Analysis and selection of Type and defining Level of Lightning protection required and design and preparation of associated layout.

§ Earthing system selection, calculations.

§ Preparation of Load list, and sizing Transformer, D.G. set.UPS.

§ Details engineering General Arrangement layout, cable tray layout, sizing of Cable, cable tray for electrical and Telecommunication work.

§ Review of coordination Layout of all services and desgning best possible solution

§ considering execution constraints.

§ Preparation of concept, bill of material and cost Estimation.

§ Technical bid evaluation.

§ Review of shop drawing.

§ cabling, earthing, single line diagrams etc. Sizing of transformer, UPS., electrical SLD, etc.

§ Preparation of the tender for each component.

§ Detailed design, Load Estimation, Electrical equipment selection, (Transformer ,UPS, D.G. Set sizing),preparation of tech specification.

§ Detailed layout preparation/ layout review. Preparation and review of shop drawing. Estimation and preparation of bill of material.

§ Technical bid evaluation and negotiation for the same
