Software Developer Engineer (2–3 Years Experience)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Software Developer Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in building web applications using and Django. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend components, collaborating closely with senior engineers to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development

  • Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using , HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Integrate frontend components with Django REST APIs.
  • Ensure smooth performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly designs.

Back-End Development

  • Build RESTful APIs using Python (Django / Django REST Framework).
  • Handle database design, queries, and migrations with PostgreSQL.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Collaboration & Version Control
  • Work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers.
  • Use Git/GitHub for version control, pull requests, and code reviews.
  • Participate in agile sprint planning and daily standups.
  • Deployment & Cloud (Exposure Level)
  • Assist in deploying applications to AWS or Vercel under senior guidance.
  • Gain exposure to Docker and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Proficiency in: Front-End: , HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Back-End: Python, Django, Django REST Framework

Database: PostgreSQL

Version Control: Git, GitHub

Understanding of RESTful API architecture and MVC design patterns.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3), Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Awareness of web security and performance optimization.
  • Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
