Champion DevOps, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, automation, and a data‑driven culture while scaling services in a regulated environment and optimizing cost, performance, and risk.  Impact You'll Make: Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the regional Infrastructure strategy aligned to product and business goals; operate within a global matrix and contribute to regional/global technology forums and Centers of Excellence. Champion DevOps and CI/CD across infra and app teams; embed Infrastructure‑as‑Code for consistent, repeatable environments. Service Operations & Reliability Ensure 24/7 service operations and best‑in‑class incident/problem/change management to contracted SLAs; foster a proactive, metrics‑driven approach to availability, performance, and capacity. Align service operations to TU global standards. Oversee application and infrastructure support, including robust monitoring, alerting, and SRE‑style practices that reduce toil and drive continuous improvement.  Engineering, Cloud & Platforms Lead engineering for data centers, networks, compute, storage and databases ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.  Promote automation, configuration management, and platform standardization to accelerate delivery and improve reliability.  Risk, Security & Compliance Drive risk management, with strong information/cyber security awareness baked into design and operations; maintain audit‑ready controls and evidence.  Ensure compliance with financial‑industry/regulated requirements and internal policies, own configuration, asset, and capacity management.  This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.TransUnion Job Title Director, Infrastructure Engineering and Provisioning
