Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure they work effectively and efficiently.

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to develop technical solutions that meet project requirements and business needs.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.

Conduct code reviews, ensuring code is well-written, maintainable, and scalable.

Participate in project scoping and estimation to provide technical input and identify potential risks and issues.

Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, recommending how they can be used to improve our projects and processes.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards

Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure and work on ways to automate and improve development processes

Skills required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

Strong technical skills, with experience in two or more of the following: web development, mobile development, cloud technologies, or analytics.

Solid understanding of different technologies across front-end and back-end.

Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, Payment gateways, and other common integrations.

Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.

Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA or Asana.

Proficiency with Git

Strong understanding of security measures and threats

Must have technologies - NodeJS, NextJS, NuxtJS, Python, Django, WordPress, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Strapi, Wagtail, ReactJS, VueJS, Magento, Shopify.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
