JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Create high-quality textures and materials for 3D models using industry-standard software like Substance Painter, Mari, or Photoshop.
Understand and interpret concept art, reference material, and design specifications to develop appropriate textures for different objects, character, and environments.
- Collaborate closely with the modelling, lighting, and shading teams to ensure the textures
align with the overall artistic directions and technical requirements.
- Seamlessly integrate textures with existing 3D models, taking into consideration UV layout
and optimization techniques.
- Maintain consistent texture for real-time rendering engines, considering performance and
memory constraints.
- Conduct research and keep up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques in
texturing, materials and shading.
- Participate in art reviews, provide feedback, and iterate on textures based on feedback from
the art director or lead artist.
- Collaborate with the art team to develop and document best practices, tools, and workflows
related to texturing.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving texturing-related issues that may arise during
the production process.
JOB REQUIRENMENTS
- Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail, colour theory, and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard texturing software such as Substance Painter, Mari, or Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of texture mapping, UV unwrapping, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with PBR workflows and material authoring. Knowledge of different texture creation techniques, such as hand-painting, photo-sourcing, and procedural texturing.
- Ability to work within technical constraints and adhere to project deadlines.
- Strong communications and collaborations skills to work effectively within a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹13,160.49 - ₹44,830.13 per month
