- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical users.
- **Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications such as Mimecast Certified Engineer (MCE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential threats.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
