**Security Management**:

- Supervise all security arrangements across the premises, including manned guards, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems.
- Coordinate with external security agencies for deployment and training of guards.
- Monitor vehicle movement, visitor entry, and material movement through proper gate pass procedures.
- Handle investigations into theft, safety incidents, or unauthorized access and submit detailed reports.
- Conduct regular security drills, audits, and ensure fire safety compliance.

**Administrative Operations**:

- Oversee general administration functions such as facility management, repair and maintenance, office space planning, and overall upkeep.
- Manage all soft services: housekeeping, pantry services, courier, travel bookings, pest control, and office supplies.
- Plan and manage annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) for utilities like DG sets, elevators, AC systems, firefighting systems, etc.
- Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.) and suggest cost-control measures.
- Coordinate office renovations, movement of furniture, or infrastructure changes as per operational needs.

**Vendor and Asset Management**:

- Identify and onboard admin vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payments and quality service delivery.
- Maintain records and tracking of all fixed assets and consumables under administration.
- Ensure asset tagging, tracking, and timely disposal of obsolete equipment as per policy.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain up-to-date documentation for security, administration, insurance, AMC contracts, and compliance certificates (fire NOC, shop & establishment, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory guidelines related to safety, hygiene, and office operations.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to administration and security functions.

**Team Coordination & Support**:

- Supervise support staff including security guards, housekeeping, drivers, and gardeners.
- Ensure timely attendance, discipline, and performance of admin staff.
- Provide logístical and admin support for events, meetings, VIP visits, and training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Ex-Army

**Experience**:

- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in security and general administration roles, preferably in manufacturing, plant operations, or corporate facilities.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
