We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales Execution:
- Identify and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent conversions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Address client queries and concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaboration for Success:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation.
- Share market insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.
