Effectively handle all Establishment and Payroll related Compliance Activities of Clients i.e. PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.Handle queries of clients and provide appropriate resolution in consultation with reporting manager / Back OfficeMaintenace of all statutory documents of clients up to dateEnsure timely remittance of Statutory PaymentsEscalate issues to the reporting manager as and when requierd for appropriate resolution / support.Handle the team effectively and support them as and when requiredProactive follow up with back office for timely submission of invoice to clientsAny other task as assigned by the Reporting Manager/ManagementMonitor status of S & E RC  / CLRA RC & License / Trade License and take up for renewal when dueTimely filing of EPF Monthly Contribution as centralized to be ensuredProcess PF claims of Ex -employees for settlement and EPF transfer, EPF Advance and death Claims.Collect the Statutory data from SPOC of clients  and update the MIS.Verify the ESI reports and coordinate for payment remittance  on time.Follow up for Gratuity Payment.Coordinate and Facilitate A & N display for all clients location as per applicabilityTimely remittance of all Statutory Payments to be ensuredAssist the clients in effectively handling queries, objections and inspections by Government AuthoritiesTo review notice / inspection status and drive for its closure with support from Ops team Solving Ex - Employees grievance and complaint related Statutory.Generate Monthly ESI Report and complete the process within Every 21st.Handle Employees EPF Advance requests appropriatelyEnsure UAN For New Employees of clients are created on time. Assist the Client Employees in EPF Claim Process.Effectively participate and assist in  handling queries, objections and inspections by Government Authorities of ClientsEnsure all the licenses and other statutory requirements are complied with for the establishment. Process the settlement for employees by checking the eligibility of Gratuity, EDLI and GI Claim Process.Facilitate EPF Transfer of Exited and New Employees accordingly.In case of immediate resignation / abscond cases of team members seamlessly take over their clients without hampering operations.Handle the reportees efficiently and guide them wherever required.Always act responsibly as a brand ambassadors of the organization, at all times
