Role Overview:

We're looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our fast-growing team. The role is

best suited for candidates with proven experience in contact centres, particularly in handling

chat support, who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle customer interactions through calls and chat..

● Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer queries.

● Resolve complaints, process requests, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

● Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues quickly.

● Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback to improve processes.

Requirements:

● 2–4 years of overall contact centre experience.

● Minimum 2 years of dedicated chat support experience.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong grammar, clarity, and tone required).

● Ability to multitask and manage high chat volumes efficiently.

● Problem-solving mindset with customer-first thinking.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Work Conditions:

● Location: Bengaluru (On-site).

● Work Schedule: 6-day working.

● Shifts: Rotational shifts with a rotational week off.
