Order Management Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management Executive to support back-office operations and client order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage client orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and order fulfillment.
- Maintain & update data in Excel sheets and systems.
- Communicate with US-based clients and stakeholders via email and calls.
- Verify documents, generate reports, and resolve escalations.
- Adhere to compliance and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Comfortable with night shift (US shift).
- Bachelors degree preferred; prior order management/back-office experience a plus.
