Role & Responsibilities:

  • This role exists solely to process and manage incoming sales orders and special orders, ensuring accuracy, speed, and proper communication with relevant teams.
  • Receive, review, and enter sales orders and special orders into the system promptly.
  • Verify order details for accuracy (quantities, pricing, delivery instructions).
  • Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any order discrepancies or missing information.
  • Communicate order confirmations and updates Production and Dispatch/logistics
  • Work closely with the logistics and production team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate order records and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile: -

  • Strong communication skill and customer centric.
  • Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work under time pressure with high volume.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Familiarity with order management systems (ERP/CRM), excel, outlook, word is an advantage.
