  • Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing updates on their order status and estimated delivery times.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, order discrepancies, and other order-related issues, escalating complex problems to supervisors or other departments when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions, sales, and returns for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on key performance indicators, order processing metrics, and operating expenses for management review.
  • Compliance: Ensure all order processing activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
