Role Overview
Red Bean Hospitality is scaling rapidly across hospital kitchens, cafés, and institutional F&B solutions. The Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff will act as the right hand to the Founder, managing strategic initiatives, building a robust MIS framework, ensuring timely execution, and driving cross-functional accountability across teams. This role demands operational sharpness, exceptional MIS capability, and an ability to multitask between execution, strategy, and leadership support.
Key Responsibilities
· Founder Office Management & Strategic Execution
· Manage the Founder's calendar, priorities, and key project trackers.
· Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
· Summarize, escalate, and follow-up on high-priority matters to closure.
· MIS, Dashboards & Data Analytics
· Design, maintain, and automate company-wide MIS dashboards.
· Drive data-driven decisions through insightful analytics.
· Prepare weekly/monthly reporting decks for leadership and stakeholders.
· RBC Operations & Training Oversight
· Track and optimize RBC training schedules, feedback loops, and certification progress.
· Support rollout and user adoption of the RBC App.
· Cross-Departmental Coordination
· Align internal departments on founder-led initiatives.
· Resolve bottlenecks and ensure execution continuity.
· Prepare review decks with KPIs and action items.
· Investor, Client & Partner Readiness
· Draft and present client/investor-facing decks.
· Coordinate investor follow-ups and due diligence documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Advanced Excel and dashboarding capabilities.
· Strong business and financial acumen, particularly in F&B or hospitality.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Operational and strategic execution skills.
· Professional presence and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, project management software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
