We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Support & Training Specialist to join our team. This role involves visiting client sites to provide hands-on training for their teams on our application and system, offering ongoing support, and resolving technical or usage issues promptly. You will be the key point of contact for ensuring client satisfaction and successful adoption of our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client locations to deliver in-person training on our app/system.
- Educate and guide client teams on best practices and system functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues on-site or remotely.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal support or development teams.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure smooth usage post-training.
- Document client interactions, issues, and feedback for internal records.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to relay user feedback and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client support, training, or onboarding roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical users.
- Comfortable with traveling to client sites regularly.
- Technical aptitude; familiarity with mobile apps, web systems, or enterprise software.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, IT support, or customer success roles.
- Knowledge of CRM or support ticketing systems.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
