We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Service Executive to join

our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients,

building strong relationships and ensuring their complete satisfaction. You will play a

crucial role in understanding client briefs, managing project timelines, and delivering

exceptional results.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive

communication, regular check-ins, and exceptional customer service.
- Actively listen to client needs, understand their briefs, and translate them into

actionable project plans.
- Gather and effectively communicate client feedback to the internal team.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Project Management:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of client projects, ensuring timely delivery

and adherence to project timelines.
- Assign tasks to artists and designers, monitor progress, and provide regular

updates to clients.
- Create and maintain project sheets, documenting project scope, timelines,

completion status, and feedback.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to clients and

internal teams.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure projects meet client expectations

and exceed quality standards.

Administrative Support:

- Maintain accurate client records and project documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Handle basic administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize

tasks effectively.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
