**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and process flows to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Act as a single point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Support the planning, creation, and updates of online Continuing Medical Education (CME) modules, print materials, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Track project milestones, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) or Pharmacy (B. Pharma) preferred.
- Should have experience of working in an agency
- Should have understanding of Medico-Marketing Landscape
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing processes and CME development.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Excellent networking, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of project management software or certification in project management is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
