Roles & Responsibilities

As a Client Services Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Confiex Data Room’s services, including secure data storage, document management, and virtual deal rooms, to provide accurate information and solutions to clients.
- Problem-Solving: Identify client issues, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate more complex concerns to senior teams when necessary.
- Client Onboarding & Training: Assist clients in understanding how to use the Confiex platform, guide them through the onboarding process, and provide necessary training on product features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as technical support, sales, and product teams, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Document and track client issues and resolutions.
- KPI Monitoring: Achieve individual and team KPIs related to client satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution. (Specific KPIs will be shared during the interview process.)

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualifications are required:

- Education: Minimum of HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with 1 year of experience in customer service OR a Graduate (fresher or experienced).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally within a B2B environment. Experience with technical products or data management platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Customer-Oriented: A strong customer-first attitude with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different teams to ensure client needs are met.
