**Job Title: Client Servicing REPRESENTATIVE**

**Location**: SION, MUMBAI

**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a Client Servicing Agent to join our team. The Client Servicing Agent will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service at all times. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and preferences.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their accounts, upcoming promotions, and new products/services.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to client orders, payments, or deliveries.
- Investigate client complaints or concerns, working collaboratively with internal teams to find appropriate solutions and prevent recurrence.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed, providing detailed information and recommendations for resolution.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and preferences.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and promotional offers to clients as requested.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and account activities in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and client satisfaction metrics for management review.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in client servicing processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or sales support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve client issues effectively

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
