❖ CLIENT SERVICING:
- Provide exceptional customerservice, ensuring an outstanding experience for all clients.
- Assist clients with inquiries, promptly resolve concerns, and offer expert guidance on class
schedules, membership details, and studio amenities.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, fostering long-term loyalty through personalized
interactions and attentive consideration of individual needs.
- Actively listen to client feedback, promptly address concerns, and provide valuable insights to the
management team for ongoing improvement.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and
maintaining utmost confidentiality.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other team members to ensure smooth operations and consistentlydeliver
high-quality service.
SALES COORDINATOR MUST:
- Have considerable time management skills, an aptitude for strategic thinking and planning, operations
knowhow and be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Report to the head of sales & client servicing and will directly collaborate with the company’s client sales &
success team and marketing team. This position is based in Bengaluru and its surrounding studios.
- Train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives in consultation with the head of sales & client
services.
- Work with the sales team to generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts and meet customer needs.
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the organisation and its values in a positive way.
- Maintain product knowledge for all studio operations.
- Uphold company brand standards in terms of studio look and feel, client service and company culture.
- Assess & analyse sales & client servicing team goals through data & analytics
- Improve productivity by increasing customer communication and responding to feedback
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, achieving predetermined sales targets, analysing
performance & projecting future demand
- Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using
effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Actively identify opportunities for growth across corporate, B2B and new markets.
- Ability to assess target markets in new locations for strategic sales & revenue opportunities.
- Assess & identify relevant partners & collaborators in new markets to drive revenue & business growth.
- Actively work with the Marketing & Operations teams to ensure feedback is implemented in a timely
manner.
- Strategize & execute Client Servicing, Outreach, Sales & Community building strategies along with Head of
Client Servicing & Sales and Head of Ops.
- Quality Control for Client Servicing & Sales Communications
- Ensure all internal communications are in line with Physique 57 core values.
- Work with Ops & Sales head to ensure studio facility remains in line with Physique 57 brand standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
