Your job will entail ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while the business's sales goals are supported. You will work directly with clients. You will work in many different industries, including pharma, healthcare, insurance, and beyond.

**Client Servicing Executive Responsibilities**
- Revenue responsibility of generating sales with a target.
- Introduce our company and its services
- Interact with clients, understand their requirements and coordinate with the design team and vendors
- Go and meet the client and present the designs and gather feedback
- Handling and managing and keeping sale lead sheet updated
- Calling sales leads and taking detailed brief and coordinating with design team and production team
- Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
- Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement

**Client Servicing Executive Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role is required
- Prior experience in customer facing roles
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
- Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
- Should possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
- Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experience
- Ability to speak a second language is an asset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
