Conversion Rate Optimization

An analytical and creative CRO Specialist who owns the experimentation and optimization roadmap for our digital native clients. He/She will be responsible for identifying funnel inefficiencies, crafting hypotheses, designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing outcomes, and driving actionable insights that improve conversion rates, user experience, and revenue performance.
This role bridges data analytics, UX insights, and marketing strategy — perfect for someone who thrives on experimentation and measurable impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and manage the CRO experimentation roadmap across client websites to consistently improve conversion rates.
- Analyze user journeys, checkout funnels, and behavioral data to identify drop-offs and performance bottlenecks.
- Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity to uncover user insights and friction points.
- Build hypotheses backed by data and design A/B and multivariate tests using industry tools (VWO, Optimizely, , or AB Tasty).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement test ideas and post-test improvements.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as CVR, AOV, bounce rate, and funnel progression.
- Document learnings, build a testing backlog, and contribute to best practices in CRO across the organization.
- Stay updated on CRO trends, psychological triggers, and emerging tools that enhance online experiences.
What We'd Love To See
- 7+ years of proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, experimentation, or website performance improvement, ideally in an eCommerce or digital agency setup.
- Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of statistical testing methods, sample size calculation, and significance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with:
- A/B & Multivariate Testing Tools: VWO, Optimizely, , or AB Tasty
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Behavior Analysis: Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity, FullStory
- Reporting: Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or Power BI
- Deep understanding of eCommerce KPIs — Conversion Rate, AOV, RPV, CLTV, and funnel metrics.
- Strong grasp of UX principles and persuasive design to identify usability and friction points.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Basic technical awareness of HTML/CSS and website tagging will be a plus.
- A mindset that's data-driven, detail-oriented, and curious — with a passion for measurable improvement.
It'd Be Great If You Had
- Certifications in Google Analytics, VWO, or Optimizely.
- Experience with personalization tools like Dynamic Yield, Nosto, or Segment.
- Familiarity with CRO plug-ins for Shopify, Magento, or Adobe Commerce.
- Interest in UX writing, neuromarketing, or behavioral psychology.
