Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior-Level PPC Executive who can manage all paid campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for managing all PPC activities such as keyword research, bid optimization, competitor's analysis and daily ad campaign optimization for better results. You have highly skilled PPC professionals to assist with better conversion rates and higher ROI of our client's business and brand. Our ideal candidate will have experience with PPC marketing and strategy, bid optimization and A/B testing. Moreover, he/she will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with enthusiasm to perform the given tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, launch, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional performance standards.
  • Allocate and optimize advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and minimize wasted spend.
  • Plan catchy creative and graphical ad designs to attract the buyer's attention.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns &  keyword bidding to improve conversion rates, lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and maximize return on ad spend.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify high-intent opportunities.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze performance data across the entire customer journey—from click to conversion to customer.
  • Drive sales conversions for e-commerce clients by optimizing product catalogs, Shopping campaigns, and checkout flow targeting.
  • Generate high-quality leads for service-based clients through strategic targeting, compelling offers, and optimized lead capture forms.
  • Implement advanced conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting dashboards.
  • Create and Present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and management.
  • Proactively communicate campaign performance, optimization opportunities, and growth strategies.
  • Manage and train the team, project development, timelines, and results to meet client goals.
  • Planning and implementation of daily account management responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Meta Ads and other search platforms for a variety of clients.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns with proven results
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram advertising)
  • Demonstrated experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional ROAS and meeting/exceeding performance KPIs
  • Familiarity with multiple analytical tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, and others.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and customer segmentation
  • Knowledge of bid strategies, budget optimization, and campaign automation features
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Excellent ad copywriting skills with ability to create compelling, conversion-focused messaging
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and willingness to test innovative approaches.
