Job Title: PPC Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven PPC Executive with 2–3 years of experience in managing and scaling paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms to drive qualified leads, improve ROI, and support business growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Independently manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, and YouTube).
Launch and scale campaigns with a focus on high-intent search, account-based marketing, and funnel optimization.
Conduct keyword research and identify audience segments aligned with business and sales objectives.
Manage daily campaign budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and improve performance.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, Impression Share).
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Track and report on goal conversions, lead quality, and ROI across campaigns.
Optimization & Strategy:
Continuously monitor and enhance campaign KPIs (CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS).
Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, visuals, and landing pages for conversion improvement.
Utilize tools such as SEMrush, SpyFu, and Auction Insights for acompetitive benchmarking.
Collaborate with the design and development team to build or enhance landing pages for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Experiment with new ad sets, creatives, and strategies as per market trends and seasonality.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SEO, Design, and Content for aligned campaigns.
Share campaign insights with management and marketing teams for strategic planning.
Support and train junior team members when required, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices within the PPC team.
Required Skills & Experience:
2–3 years of proven experience in PPC and performance marketing (agency or in-house).
Expertise in Google Ads (must have 2+ years continuous experience) and hands-on exposure to Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
Experience handling MCC accounts with a proven conversion rate of 9% or higher.
Strong analytical and reporting skills — ability to blend quantitative and qualitative data for performance improvement.
Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a good understanding of user intent and marketing psychology.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while meeting lead generation targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Ads / Google Analytics.
Knowledge of tools like Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and Data Studio.
Experience working in IT, B2B, or digital agency environments.
