We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy, keyword research, on-page optimization, link building and analytics. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, creativity, and deep understanding of search engine algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for organic growth.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements: titles, meta tags, content, internal links, page speed, etc.
  • Execute off-page SEO activities including link building, outreach, and content promotion.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, ranking, conversions).
  • Work closely with content writers to optimize blogs and landing pages.
  • Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Identify technical issues and coordinate with developers to resolve them.
  • Stay updated with latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Conduct monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist / Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research tools.
  • Ability to perform technical audits (crawl issues, core web vitals, indexing errors).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, WordPress, Shopify or other CMS.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits
