We're looking for a SEO specialist with an experience of 2.5-3 years to join our team, who wants to help redesign how SEO is delivered in an AI-driven search landscape. Someone who understands the fundamentals but is far more interested in where search is heading than where it's been.

This role is about evolving and strengthening how SEO is delivered. Play a part in helping evolve how SEO is delivered at Callease Ai as search enters its next phase.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This is a hands-on role with room to shape strategy, frameworks, and delivery. You won't just execute someone else's playbook.

You'll be responsible for:

● Working with our team to evolve SEO strategy end-to-end

● From technical audits and site architecture to content systems and authority-building, with a clear view of how each decision performs in modern search environments.

● Designing for AI-era search :

  1. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation)
  2. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
  3. Entity-based SEO, structured data, and content readability for LLMs Note: This is not theoretical - we expect experimentation, testing, and iteration.
  4. ● Shaping SEO methodology: You'll have influence over how SEO is delivered across the agency. This includes templates, tooling, workflows, and internal standards.
  5. ● Automation & leverage: Work with technical and delivery teams to reduce manual work, improve consistency, and scale what works. Including but not limited to scripts, workflows, or smarter processes.
  6. ● Strategic client involvement: You'll be involved in strategic discussions, diagnostics, and roadmap planning. You won't be stuck writing fluff reports or chasing approvals.
  7. ● Performance thinking, not vanity metrics: We care about visibility, authority, and outcomes, not ranking reports and keyword counts. What We're Looking For This role is suited to experienced SEO specialists who already deliver strong fundamentals and are ready to operate with more influence, autonomy and strategic depth. We're looking for someone who already knows what good SEO looks like and wants to make it better.

You'll likely have:

  1. ● Min 2+ years agency-side SEO experience (this is essential)
  2. ● Deep technical SEO capability (site architecture, crawlability, indexing, performance)
  3. ● Strong on-page and off-page SEO instincts
  4. ● A genuine interest in AI, automation, and the future of search
  5. ● The ability to challenge assumptions, including ours
  6. ● Comfort working across multiple clients without dropping quality
  7. ● Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
  8. Bonus points if you:
  9. ● Have built or experimented with SEO tooling, scripts, or automation
  10. ● Think in systems, not checklists
  11. ● Can explain complex ideas simply (to clients and teammates)
