Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Search Engine Optimization Manager to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of prior experience. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in driving our online presence and maximizing website traffic via best-in-class SEO strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven 7-10 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong track record of successful organic search campaigns across diverse industries.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional team leadership abilities for guiding, mentoring, and nurturing a high-performing SEO team (Mandatory skill).
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience, working seamlessly with content, development, and marketing teams for SEO initiatives (Mandatory skill).
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS, enabling effective troubleshooting and optimization of website code for search engine standards (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong project management skills, efficiently juggling multiple SEO projects and priorities from concept to execution within timelines.
  • Expertise in technical SEO, including site audits, page speed optimization, crawlability, structured data, and resolving complex site issues.
  • Comprehensive background in conversion rate optimization strategies, improving user experience, and increasing key conversion metrics for website growth.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar industry platforms for data-driven results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop the SEO team to achieve ambitious traffic and ranking targets, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic reach and website performance.
  • Perform in-depth website audits, monitor technical SEO health, and coordinate actionable improvements for site structure, speed, and crawlability.
  • Work closely with content creators, web developers, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated throughout the company's digital assets.
  • Analyze, measure, and report on key SEO metrics, providing strategic recommendations based on ongoing data tracking and ROI analysis.
  • Oversee ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to uphold V3Cube's industry-leading organic search visibility.
  • Champion and implement conversion rate optimization tactics to enhance user engagement and drive qualified leads through the site.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry changes to maintain a competitive advantage in search engine rankings.
