Shiv Shakti Laminates is a trusted manufacturer in the laminates and decorative surfaces industry. We serve OEMs and large-scale buyers by delivering consistent quality and service excellence. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (OEM) who can manage client coordination, reporting, and support for OEM partners, with strong Excel skills being a must.
Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive – OEM will be responsible for handling communications with OEM clients, managing order processing, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and production teams. The role requires excellent follow-up skills, professionalism in client handling, and advanced Excel expertise for reporting and MIS management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for OEM clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Handle end-to-end order management – from order receipt to dispatch coordination.
- Maintain and update OEM client data, reports, and trackers using advanced Excel tools.
- Generate and share MIS reports, dashboards, and sales analyses to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless execution of OEM requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and address queries or issues effectively.
- Collect and document client feedback to improve service standards and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship / client servicing (OEM or B2B preferred).
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting mandatory).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle OEM requirements with precision.
- Team-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
