
Guest Relation Executive

As a Guest Relationship Executive in an amusement center, your primary role is
to provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with
visitors and guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers feel
welcome, valued, and appreciated throughout their visit to the center.
Some of the key responsibilities and duties of a Guest Relationship Executive in
an amusement center may include:
Greeting guests as they arrive and welcoming them to the center.
Building positive relationships with customers by engaging in friendly
conversation and providing personalized service.
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience and addressing
any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Providing information about the center's attractions, rides, and activities, as
well as any promotions or special offers.
Upselling additional products or services to customers in a friendly and
helpful manner.
Handling customer transactions, including the sale of tickets and
merchandise, and processing payments.
Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the visitor's
experience, including during any interactions with staff.
Monitoring the overall guest experience and providing feedback to
management on ways to improve it.
Assisting with the setup and operation of special events or activities.
Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to
safety, security, and customer service.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
