Cashier Guest Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and ensure they are well aware about cafe service
- Build rapport with guests and collect feedback to improve service
- Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth order flow
- Collect cash for each order and manage UPI/online transactions; submit transaction data by EOD
- Manage the POS system in coordination with the Kitchen Manager to ensure accurate billing and order processing
- Promote café offerings such as specials, combos, or loyalty programs
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of POS systems and digital payments
- Detail-oriented and dependable in handling financial transactions
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
