**Position**: Guest Relation Executive (GRE)
**Experience**: 1-3 years

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude
- Assist guests with lounge services, seating, and F&B guidance
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures for lounge access
- Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and empathy
- Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping, and operations teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain guest records, prepare reports, and share feedback with management
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and hospitality protocols
- Support in promotional/marketing activities inside the lounge
- Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Customer Service
- 1-3 years of experience as GRE/front office/guest service in hospitality or aviation
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; knowledge of Marathi preferred)
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and guest-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-paced lounge environment
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays
**Location**: Vadodara - Inej Executive Lounge
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Shift-Based)
