Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full fill the Shift Leader Responsibilities & Daily Activities of shift leader
  • Responsible for smooth running of operations during the shift
  • Responsible to maintain production KPIs like OTD and RPT as per target.
  • Batch planning
  • Report and co-ordinate m/c issues with service
  • Participation in generating OOE
  • Analysis of quality issues and implementation of CAPA
  • Ownership of Pre and Post treatment in shift
  • Safety and 6s during shift time

Required Education, Experience & Knowledge

  • Graduate/Diploma in Engineering
  • Problem solving
  • Self development
  • Action oriented
