
Strategic Revenue Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute innovative strategies to improve business delivery.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Establish a pilot process for improving collections and devise a strategy to optimize insurance collection.
- Understand revenue cycle management standards and KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop strong working relationships with downstream revenue cycle offices, including Payment Posting, AR Followup/Denial Management, and Patient Billing.
- Ensure the portfolio meets client and internal company performance benchmarks.
- Lead by example with excellent leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Perform regular performance reviews and appraisals, creating reports and dashboards for internal management and clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process and in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
- Either currently working as an Associate Director or have at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager.
- Handled a team of 150+ employees.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Expertise with MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
