Role Summary
The Referral Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing patient footfall through strong referral networks and local business tie-ups. The role involves regular visits to doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners to promote Ankura Hospitals services and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to referring doctors, paediatricians, gynaecologists, and local clinics to generate patient referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners and community healthcare providers.
- Identify new referral sources and ensure consistent engagement through meetings, CMEs, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and service for referred patients.
- Track referral data, analyze performance, and report progress against monthly and quarterly targets.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of experience in hospital referral sales, doctor relations, or healthcare business development in Indore.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and its periphery.
