Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
  • Understand customer preferences and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Drive sales by achieving individual and store targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently represent the brand and its values.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Support the store team in daily operations, including inventory and stock management.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 0–2 years of experience in luxury retail or client servicing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management in a premium retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and retail shifts.
