Luxury Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales by achieving individual and store targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently represent the brand and its values.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Support the store team in daily operations, including inventory and stock management.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 0–2 years of experience in luxury retail or client servicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management in a premium retail environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and retail shifts.
