Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for premium and luxury residential projects. The role demands a strong understanding of the luxury real estate market, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage high-net-worth clientele with discretion, professionalism, and finesse.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), NRIs, and institutional clients.
- Conduct client meetings, property tours, and negotiations to close deals.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, broker networks, and channel partners.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain an exceptional client experience throughout the pre-sales and post-sales journey.
- Provide personalized consultation and investment advice aligned with client needs and project offerings.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging luxury developments.
- Provide insights and feedback to marketing and product teams for positioning and campaign development.
- Participate in property expos, promotional events, and client engagement activities.
Team & Operations Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and relationship managers (if applicable).
- Ensure timely follow-up, documentation, and CRM updates for all leads and prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, presentation, and understanding of luxury client expectations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150, ₹250,000.00 per month
